1. Medical Disclaimer

Still provides habit tracking tools and motivational support. This app is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health or recovery. If you are in crisis, contact emergency services or a mental health professional immediately.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 17 years old to use Still. By using the app, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account & Data

Still creates an anonymous account on your behalf. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device. You may delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app at Settings > Delete Account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Plans: Still offers a weekly plan ($4.90/week), a monthly plan ($9.90/month), and a yearly plan ($49.00/year). Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.
• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• Managing & Canceling: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device.
• Refunds: All refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.
• Free Trial: If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Transmit harmful, abusive, or objectionable content through the app.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's services or servers.
• Share or distribute your account access to others.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, code, and other materials in Still are the property of Aqose and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our prior written consent.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within the app (journal entries, reflections, etc.). By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the app's functionality.

8. Third-Party Services

Still integrates with third-party services (Supabase, RevenueCat). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aqose shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Still. The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aqose from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the app or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.
